You can’t rewire your motivations.*

You can rewire your discipline. 

Maybe you don’t feel like doing that project you know you have to do on a beautiful Saturday afternoon.

Maybe you can, if you really need to, make some time Saturday morning or Sunday to get it done. 

After we figure out what motivates us and what doesn’t, our attention then needs to shift to our discipline. 

Sometimes we have to eat our veggies people.
