We need stress.
Enough to get us out of bed in the morning because we have to get stuff done.
But, not so much that it pushes us past our breaking point.
Think of it like a less porridge-and-nap obsessed Goldilocks.
We don’t want it to be too hot or too cold. That’s stressed out.
In fact, our Goldilocks is so chill she doesn’t even need it to be juuuuuust right. She just wants to avoid the extremes in both directions. She’s stressed in.
So you’re stressed. So what. Don’t be stressed out and figure out how to be stressed in.
Be like Goldilocks. Treat the edges like bears and hang out in the middle where the good porridge and naps are.
If that’s not a life philosophy I don’t know what is.
