The trick is getting fear from in front of you, to behind you. 

Instead of fear being terrifying, we have to make it motivating.

I was really scared to change my job this year. 

Way too many 12 hour days later, it hasn’t all come together yet, but I am sprinting through those days because as scary as it is, I know what I’m running towards.
