How A Deaf Football Team Turned Disadvantages Into Advantages

The California School for the Deaf made headlines in 2021. Their high school football team, never before on much of anyone’s radar except for as a thing that existed, made it to their division’s state championship.

Their story is full of lessons in how any disadvantage can be flipped to be an advantage.
