Jim Collins doesn’t do many interviews let alone podcasts. The man behind business-school speak like “get the right people on the bus,” “flywheel,” and “level five leader” starts this conversation by asking Ferriss a series of questions in the name of “exercising his curiosity.” The man is something else altogether.

If you don’t know Collins, you need to – because his work shows up everywhere. You don’t like pop music and just ignore The Beatles, you don’t have an interest in business and just ignore Collins. This interview with Tim Ferriss can be an amazing introduction to his work or an added addendum to seeing a little bit of what’s behind the curtain that is his mind.
