This is Lizzo’s sweet spot. A little bit retro, some singing, some confessional rapping, and a whole lot of attitude.

Lizzo seems to get better with each successive release, and with singles like this, it seems like it’s just a matter of time until she finds her breakout hit.

The new album is out April 19, 2019. We should be hearing a lot from her this summer.
