Sunday Music: Spidey-Sense

Nothing ever fit the vibe of Spider-Man to me quite like The Ramones cover of the theme song. Teenage angst-y, very New York, and energetic – it captured the ethos of the YA superhero character. The new Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse soundtrack has some worthy and original additions to that vibe. My favorite track so far is “Start A Riot” by DUCKWRTH and Shaboozey. This song could find an audience beyond moviegoers, it’s an audible hand grenade. Check them both out.
