It’s like you wake up and it’s a new year and you already forgot how to write dates on things. 

Today’s a day off. It feels kind of like a snow day with the holiday already having happened. But I’m happy to take it and make Tuesday the first working day of 2023.

I know now, after fifty years, that the finding/losing, forgetting/remembering, leaving/returning, never stops. The whole of life is about another chance, and while we are alive, till the very end, there is always another chance.
