You’re Not Sticking It Out, You’re Stucking It Out

Sometimes sticking it out is staying stuck.

That’s what executive performance coach Dr. Julie Gurner says.

I like to call staying stuck, “stucking it out.”

“Stucking it out” shows up whenever our motion doesn’t match our action.

We say we want to do something, or that we’re going to do it, or we have a plan, or, or or.

But, if we step back and look at what’s really happening, we’re not getting anywhere.

We’re not sticking it out. We’re stuck when we should be getting out.

If it’s worth the effort, by all means, stick it out.

But if it’s not worth the effort, don’t stuck it out. Get out.
