"The End Of A Melody Is Not Its Goal" -Nietzsche
process, practice, and performance
In The Wanderer and His Shadow, Nietzsche drops this line,
Not every end is a goal. The end of a melody is not its goal; but nonetheless, if the melody had not reached its end it would not have reached its goal either. A parable.
Your idea.
Your project.
Your crazy idea to document introducing strangers on the internet.
Ok, that last one is just mine. But,
The completion isn’t the goal, but the process, it’s got a lot in common with Nietzsche’s melody.
Just saying.
